Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Metal Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Tai Seng
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon to Fri (9 am – 5.30 pm), Sat (9 am – 1 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Maintain company records, files, and databases.
  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and necessary arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and communication.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

  • Prior administrative work experience is a plus.
  • Competent with MS Office.
