We have mandate to identify an Accounts Executive - Payable
Responsibilities as follows:
- Financial Data Management: Process and post business transactions, including the handling of invoices and payments. Verify financial data to maintain accurate accounts payable records.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables, contributing to efficient financial management.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile and update periodic schedules, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns, ensuring the organization complies with tax regulations.
- Financial Accuracy: Verify and safeguard the accuracy of the organization's financial documents, essential for auditing and tax purposes.
- Payment Accuracy: Protect the organization against unintentional overpayments by implementing diligent payment verification processes.
- Vendor Management: Practice effective monitoring to ensure that payments to vendors are made in a timely and accurate manner.
