Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production (Metal Fabrication)
- Position Title: Production Supervisor/ Manufacturing Engineer
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am-6.15 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + OT + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute daily work tasks (Job Orders) and targets to department.
- Ensure staff knows what is job of the day.
- Update Production whiteboard with Job status and submit production report daily.
- Ensure Daily targeted tasks are completed within schedule.
- Preparation and ensure all materials are ready for current and next job.
- Liaise with other departments for next stage of job processes.
- Develop checking methods ensuring quality meets for ease of checking.
- Record all manufacturing time for each project and job in system systematically.
- Resolve Technical issues immediately or consult Superior.
- Make recommendations to Superior in order to have the best use of production timelines, equipment and give details on what the company's manufacturing goals should be in the months to come.
- Maintain equipment in top working condition by scheduling all maintenance needs, repair and applying 5S on production floor.
- Prepare Tools Box meeting for month-end closing.
- Update of daily production output to Superior.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

- 3 years of Sheet Metal experience as Manufacturing Engineer or Production Controller.
- Ability to control manpower.
- Possess knowledge to resolve production manufacturing conflicts.
- Ability to take up Overseas assignments.
