- Position Title: Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,200 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end order processing.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to plan, manage, and monitor transport operations activities.
- Coordinate with internal Traffic Control / Warehousing team to fulfil customer orders.
- Communicate and follow up with status of shipments, storage, or deliveries.
- Build knowledge of the whole supply chain of chemical logistics.
- Promote excellent customer service, ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
- Identify customer needs and meet expectations.
- Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
- Assist in safety reporting from time to time.

- Minimum “O” levels certification with at least 2 years of order processing experience in the logistics industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
