- Location: Near Redhill MRT
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30pm to 12.30pm (Every 3 weeks work 1 Sat)
Responsibilities:
- Execute tactics to optimize the rental income and occupancy of the shopping center while maintaining a favorable mix of tenants and businesses.
- Manage new lease agreements, lease extensions, and lease expirations, including negotiation and subsequent lease document processing.
- Prepare necessary leasing paperwork.
- Assess and scrutinize the business performance of tenants, overseeing lease and tenant-related affairs.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Diploma in Real Estate.
- 2 years of pertinent experience in leasing, with a preference for experience in a retail mall setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exhibit resourcefulness, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work a 5.5 days' work week.
