- Position Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
- Working Location: Bishan
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, Alternate Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Transport Allowance + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
