Main responsibilities
- Strong MS-SQL development (currently SQL Server 2016)
- Stored procedures/coding
- View creation and management
- Development of functional banking requirements (this is not a DBA role)
- Seasoned SQL development skills needed (knowledge in all other SQL server objects such as functions, views, synonyms, etc.)
- Perform non-functional testing
- Support applications in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise
Qualifications and Profile
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of work experience in MS-SQL development
Technical
- Good experience with Relational databases – MSSQL, ORACLE, ..
- XML
- PowerShell and other Microsoft technologies (.Net, .Net Core, C#) are a plus
- Good to have knowledge or experience with Apache Spark SQL
Functional
- General banking, finance and investment banking understanding and knowledge
