Marketing Manager
The ideal candidate should be focused and enthusiastic about end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in designing and executing campaigns that integrate email, search, social and web to meet campaign and ROI tracking objectives.
In this role, you are expected to be a thought-leader and visionary to grow the Marketing portfolio and create a strategy for demand generation and work with other agency partners to convert leads to conversions. You will manage and execute various marketing projects, and support in production of performance reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of various marketing program and campaigns and work with the client marketing heads
- Coordinate with various agencies – event agencies, telemarketing agencies, creative agencies to support and implement various campaigns
- Work with offshore team for production of weekly, biweekly reports and derive action plans based on the state of the marketing programs
- Daily monitoring of the tasks across various operational marketing activities
- Lead funnels for various campaigns and work towards moving the leads to the next level
- Manage the MSA budgets and utilization
- Support the marketing leader with powerpoints and reporting insights
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent knowledge of the search digital marketing landscape and key partners, vendors and platforms in the space
• Action-oriented, and enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Strong analytical skills, must love working with data and technical setups, able to relate to qualitative aspects of work
• Strong communication skills, works well in a team setting
• Strong and critical thinker, problem solver
• Strong willingness to learn and grow independently, has an owner/builder mentality
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and be resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced,constantly changing environment
• Adept in data visualization using charts, graphs, and pivots
• A good experience in Excel, Word and powerpoint. Experience in any storyboarding presentation tools like Canva, prezi is a plus
