Job Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline customer service; greeting visitors, answering queries and directing them accordingly.
- Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure regular activities are undertaken e.g. courier services.
- Ensure proper recordings of incoming mails and outgoing mails in the system.
- Attend to inquiries via walk-ins and phone calls.
- Provide basic administrative support; printing, scanning, filing, data entry.
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc (If required).
- Carry out building & meeting room checks on a daily basis, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Update the Employees Floor Plans on ad hoc basis.
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work
- Some customer service experience will be an advantage
- Proven experience in similar administrative roles
- Proactive and responsive
- Neat and professional appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
