The Regional Branch Manager oversees regional sales performance in defined regions, including Thailand and Vietnam.
The role seeks to define, drive strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales and lead generation with pipeline growth. It has a responsibility towards revenue targets with a primary focus on prospecting new opportunities in both the automotive and automotive industries, specifically focusing on the bearings business and targeted complementary products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate good understanding and working knowledge of branch operations
• Lead Overseas Branch Managers in managing retail & distribution operations & growing sales exponentially within the region
• Partners with Sales Executives/Managers on customer visits to provide strong commercial support
• Manage key account sales and target attainment in the SEA region
• Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking
• Manage budgets, maximize profitability, and set or meet sales targets
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior and executive management as required
Tasks Include:
• Responsibly support customer on-site validations and execute experimental protocols to gain qualifications and order success
• Define SOPs for branches across regions, including Thailand and Vietnam
• Enforce company policies with adherence to SOPs
• Present quarterly sales meeting
• Perform any other tasks as assigned
• Traveling is required within the regions
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• ability to communicate effectively with a remote team
• Leadership experience managing a team
• Ability to handle difficult situations
• Able to make decisions, taking calculated risks with consideration of the company's best interest
• Service-oriented, independent, and thinks outside the box
• Troubleshoots by responding to situations proactively
• Strong in Excel
