Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, including conducting application training to
- users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, user access, and
- component configuration problems
- Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and
- ensure these are kept up to date
- Analyze user requirements, determine potential problem areas and propose solutions to
- enhance existing Accounting and inventory solutions
- Preparation of technical specifications; including flowchart for the programming team
- Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application

- Diploma in Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 3 years of working experience in implementation, training & technical support of accounting or inventory software
- Essential Skills: Accounting, Citrix, Fortinet, Hyper-V, Inventory management, remote desktop, maintenance and troubleshooting window servers
