About the role:
- Develop a Business Plan and annual budgets jointly with the Commercial Leader
- Support global growth and strategic initiatives as required
- Update opportunity in Dynamics CRM accordingly.
- Require to travel to customer locations to develop and maintain a close working relationship with assigned accounts.
- Evaluate and report on channel partners and key accounts on a regular basis.
- Travel as required throughout the region of responsibility to support the channel and end-user market.
- Provide timely and accurate market information including information in the areas of pricing competitive activities, products, and other items necessary to the success of area marketing strategies and programs.
- Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share and sales in the assigned regions/territories.
- Confer regularly with management on recommended sales strategies, promotions, and potential new markets. Work also with the accounts and be aware of potential problem areas with product lines in the areas of shipments, past due accounts, etc.
- Provide technical and commercial support to channel partners and key end-users and ensure that key market segments and end-users are adequately covered and serviced by channel partners.
- Introduction and promotion of all products to end-users in the market.
- Training, motivating, and closely working with channel partners and their sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.
- Responsible for sales forecasting, identifying market needs and trends in order to fully exploit market potential in the assigned territory.
- Identify, organize, and manage trade shows, exhibitions, product seminars etc either directly or with the cooperation of channel partners.
About you:
- Degree in Business, Engineering or similar field and five (5) years of related experience in supporting sales activities/sales in the region.
- Must have prior experience working with customers on sales and technical applications within the controlled bolting industry
- Demonstrate expertise in solving customer problems.
- Must be able to deliver presentations, both written and oral.
- Able to prepare and implement sales plan/strategy.
- Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding time constraints
