Duties & Responsibilities:
· Attend to corporate travel enquires and request through phone calls & emails from corporate clients
· To provide information on travel visa requirements & insurance
· Liaise with the airlines & overseas JTB offices for the operational works
· Handles travel operations including quotations, reservations, ticketing, and invoicing.
· To maintain & update the corporate client’s profile in the system
· Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skill-set required:
· Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field
· At least 3 years of relevant work experience in handling corporate clients
· Familiar with GDS, preferably Sabre system
· Excellent communication & written skills in English & Japanese to support the Japanese corporate clients’ travel enquiries
· Service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
· Willing to work on after office hour if necessary
· Knowledge of MS Office
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
