Job Resonsibilities
- Manage and engaged third party service providers (outsourcing) to perform servicing and cash replenishment on the SSMs
- Monitor the performance of the third-party service provider to ensure all service levels are met.
- Review risk and controls of the third party vendor to ensure compliance to bank's policy and standards.
- Drive initiatives to improve the performance of the SSMs
- Perform analysis of data to improve process and lower cost.
- Conduct monthly brief to management on the performance of the SSMs.
- Manage various stakeholders that are involve in the running of the SSMs in UOB.
Job Requirements:
• A university degree holder in any discipline
• Knowledge on operations and banking background ideally
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and display resourcefulness to resolve problems
• Able to contribute independently and be an excellent team player
• High level of accuracy and attention to details
• Highly motivated self-starter with personal resilience to perform effectively
