- Overall in charge the project - include supervise, inspect and report.
- Maintain contacts with clients and consultants with good working relationship.
- Conduct regular meeting with consultants, clients and contractors.
- Co-ordination works with clients, design department, sub contractor and consultants.
- Control the overall cost budgeting and work within the specified schedule prepared.
- Review shop drawings and method statement for various trades.
- Review materials to be in accordance to specifications.
- Prepare monthly and weekly progress report and monthly progress claim.
- Reviewing, checking and approving contractor's submit claim.
- Prepare final accounts including settlement of claim, change orders and extension of time.
- Ensuring that safety is in proper control, including the quality control to the site.
