Constructor is seeking a Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Analyst to analyze, study and document human behavior with computer machines as well as social interaction of technology users and social groups. The potential candidate must have good analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as must understand diversity and social dynamics, ability to work independently and competence to work with technical teams, scientists, software developers and research groups. A related at least bachelor's level degree in “Sociology” is required.

Main responsibilities:
Observe human interaction with technology and create methodologies for users to self-monitor and self-improve their interactions with organization’s tools and products.
Implement these methodologies with key clients to help them improve their computer and machine interactions.
Use social, cognitive, and data-driven analysis and research to understand the context of technology use and the user experience.
Understand and solve issues related to collaborative learning, social computing and digital interaction of users and groups using machine technology.
Prepare written analytical research reports and present results to the product teams and software developing teams.
Collect data on digital interaction and technology use through surveys, observations, interviews, participation in learning classes, software product use, tests and other sources.
Observe user behavior with machine learning processes.
Observe and draw the difference of computer technology use and interaction with software products among distinct social groups and genders.
Share observation insights of conducted studies among users and groups computer interactions with technical teams and product developers.
Collaborate with other research & developers, and designer teams to translate social concepts and observations into complete product prototypes.
Collaborate with cross-functional, human factor engineers, research and AI teams in improving development of products, using performed computer human and interaction research, studies and observations.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Sociology or related field is required.
- Proven Experience as Human Computer Interaction (HCI) Analyst is highly preferred
- Experience in user research methods, including usability testing, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in design and software prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
- Excellent analytical, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work under tight timelines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
