9am - 5.30pm
Location: Raffles City
Job Scope:
Review all invoices for appropriate documenttation and approval prior to payment
Process payment requests
Match invoices to payments
For online payment, to randon check that SSC keyed in correct beneficiary account number
Assist viendors, internal staff, affiliate company on payment or invoice inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements, and correct discrepancies
Asist in month end closing
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance FACET requirement and audit process
Review on SSC bank reconciliation and revert to SSC if they require aistant on AP bank reconciliation
Verify and post intervompnay AP invoices from overseas affiliates
Process patient refund
Process petty cash for clinics
Post inter-bank funds transfer
Work with business analyst in implementing and adhering to FACET controls
