Job Description
- Actively engage in daily logistics operations, handling the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of AOG/Critical aircraft tools.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and achieving KPI targets.
- Co-ordinate with other sections and departments to ensure efficient operation within division.
- Liaise with vendors on purchase and repair of aircraft tools.
- Upkeep operations / training records and coordinates for authority / customers audits.
- Comply with airside safety rules and regulations.
- Track expiry dates for tools and equipment.
- Maintain the paperwork for tools management.
- Upkeep of his department’s equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Run the maintenance and repair program for aircraft tools (troubleshoot or liaise with external vendors).
- Train staff for minor troubleshooting works on aircraft tools/equipment.
- Ensures briefing on technical handling matters and safety issues are conducted for staff.
- Any other duties as assigned by Operation Executive.
Requirements
- Higher NTC or Diploma in any Logistics / Supply Chain related discipline
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a team to achieve results.
- Class 3 driving licence.
- Willing to work overtime and on weekend when required.
