JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scrutinize projects’ contract documents
- Coordinate with engineers from Design Department on shop drawings production
- Study and check the accuracy of shop drawings
- Prepare budget for projects
- Prepare monthly progress claims together with Contract Department
- Attend site meetings
- Liaise with client’s representative and engineers to ensure smooth progress of work on site
- Work closely with site supervisors and foremen on the deployment of workers on site
- Control wastages and productivity on site
- Prepare monthly Site Activity Reports
- Prepare method statements and attend to site’s technical problems
- Observe and inculcate safety awareness among site personnel and workers
- You will also be trained in Headquarter’s Design Department and/or Technical Supports Department subject to the exigency of duties in the Operations Department
- Ensure compliance with Company’s IMS process and procedures
- Ensure OSH risk assessments and EMS impact & aspect register are conducted and implemented in company operations
- Any other duties to be assigned to you from time to time
PRE-REQUISITES
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
- Team player
- Proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving
- Strong time management
- Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD software and any other drafting software
