Summary

Responsible for overseeing the process of FFE proposal and contract execution within LTW to sign new projects and increase revenue. The duties include working closely with potential clients,Developers, Project Management Companies, Owners, Operators, various consultants and LTW management team, The role also includes maintaining existing client relationships.



Pre Contract Stage

  • Assist the management team to reply to business development enquiries and Request For Fee Proposal (RFP)
  • Organise meetings and prepare well curated presentation deck, portfolio to potential clients
  • Review of RFP, highlight and present key information to management for decision making
  • Work closely with the management team to draft, evaluate and execute fee proposals. Be familiarised with LTW contract terms, schedule of deliverables and project schedule
  • Assist with fee costing calculation for potential new projects
  • Have an ability to read and understand architectural and interior design plans


Contract Stage


  • Assist the management team to problem solve various contract related issues and terms to complete the contract signing
  • Assist the management team to problem solve various contract related issues, throughout the respective contract duration
  • Work closely with the management team and project lead to prepare and submit any Variation Orders.
  • Monitor and Prepare for Prolongation Service Proposals and Agreement


General Administration


  • Proper e-filing/documentation of project related documents and contracts
  • Any other ad-hoc as assigned by the Management Team related to Business Development


Requirement

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, One Drive etc.)
  • Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of contract, its language, administration / governance and lifecycle
  • Good analytical and organisation skills
  • Well organised and meticulous
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, good organization and communication skill
  • At least 5 years of business contract related experience preferably in interior design or architectural sector
