Location: Redhill
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for GL month-end/quarter-end close and reporting activities, including Balance Sheet Reconciliations, perform variance analysis and providing explanations for significant fluctuations.
- Monthly accruals, prepayment amortization and intercompany settlement.
- Liaise with other functional teams (AP/Billing/Tax) in filing quarterly GST reporting and yearly corporate tax.
- Support internal/statutory audit and related functions
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information and substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Improve current processes, procedure and internal control as required
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience in financial analysis with global multinational background
- Experience in implementing/enforcing internal controls and company policies
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Working experience in enterprise financial system such as Oracle is a plus.
- Strong MS-Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
