Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman in an effective, efficient and professional manner
- Arrange and coordinate meetings
- Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding items
- Make reservations, run business and/ or personal errands
- Manage the travel and hotel arrangements, visa application and other logistic arrangements
- Monitor stock market
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma
- Good in numbers
- Candidates with PA experiences will be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good sense of work prioritization/ time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Mature and professional with strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
- Good integrity
