Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman in an effective, efficient and professional manner
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding items
  • Make reservations, run business and/ or personal errands
  • Manage the travel and hotel arrangements, visa application and other logistic arrangements
  • Monitor stock market

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Good in numbers
  • Candidates with PA experiences will be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good sense of work prioritization/ time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Mature and professional with strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Good integrity
