Job Description & Requirements
- Work closely with the project team on environmental issues such as noise monitoring, pollution, vector control, air pollution, water pollution and drainage, prevention & control of infectious diseases, food hygiene, solid waste management, chemical storage & disposal, and haze response procedure. Ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations.
- Implement and monitor environmental control programs on site.
- Prepare, submit statutory reports, and maintain documentation for environmental public health requirements on environmental issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and actively be involved in environmental matters on site.
- Enforces all environmental requirements and in-house rules and regulations
- Attend site meetings/ client meetings and prepare weekly reports.
- Liaise with government authorities in relation to safety and environment compliance matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be registered ECO with NEA
- Must be registered as ECMO under IES
- At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the building construction field
- Work well under pressure and work independentlyEnvironmental control officer
