Responsibility:
Day-to-day business operations, growth of sales, performance and staff management of multiple F & B outlets, and ensuring a high delivery of excellent customer service at the outlets
Ensure that sales at the multiple F & B outlets is optimized and meet the expected monthly target
Motivate and train staff on delivering excellent customer service and that customer satisfaction is enhanced, and implementing feedback loops to capture customer feedback at point of sale
Administer company's standard operation procedures in F&B operations
Any Ad Hoc Responsibilities given by the management
