- Overseeing outlet operations and maintaining its operational smoothness
- Support the Manager in achieving all goals and Key Performance Objective
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints/feedbacks
- Prepare monthly management reports in relation to outlet performance
- Provide leadership in cultivating, guiding and coaching staff in providing excellent service experience to all guests and payroll administration
- Liaise with Central Kitchen and external suppliers for food supply stocks
- Ensure that safety and hygiene standards are always strictly adhered to and comply in accordance with regulations
Requirements:
- Work experience as F&B Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with diverse guests and employees within the restaurant
- General knowledge about food allergies, dietary restriction, common brand of beverages to ensure smooth recommendation to guests
- Be available to work on weekends and holidays
