About NUSOne
NUSOne is a new initiative with the objective to integrate formal and informal curricula to provide a holistic university experience. NUSOne will broaden the students’ overall experience as it expands their exposure beyond knowledge mastery in an academic discipline to include Student Life activities and other informal curricula.
We are looking at a suitably qualified candidate to join the NUSOne team under the Associate Provost (Integrated Education).
Job Description
• Co-ordinate the roll-out of NUSOne
• Support regular stakeholder engagement sessions, especially in the early phases of implementation to secure feedback on NUSOne
• Serve as the principal point-of-contact to provide clarifications on the rollout of NUSOne
• Assist in the review and identification of existing informal curricular activities to be placed under the different domains of the NUSOne roadmap
• Data management and secretariat support for all meetings relating to NUSOne planning
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Able to handle multiple assignments concurrently
• Skills in database management, or ability to learn these skills quickly and effectively
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively and a team player
