Technical Support Associate

You will be a valued member to our Tech team, specifically responsible for providing technical support across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our team members are well-equipped with the IT equipment and systems to be effective in their roles.

Our Technical Support team is integral for ensuring that team members are well-equipped and poised to succeed in all of Secretlab’s initiatives, including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.


Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting technical problems including hardware/ software
  • Deploying equipment according to specifications of each department
  • Delivering a smooth IT onboarding process alongside the HR Operations and Admin teams
  • Maintain and document inventory for all IT hardware
  • Configure and deployment of new software/hardware packages across the company (including basic trainings, creating of simple user guides and documentations, troubleshooting teething issues)
  • Deploy, maintain and support Secretlab network infrastructure


Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in IT or the equivalent
  • At least 1.5 year’s experience in a similar role preferred, candidates with relevant experiences may be considered.
  • Technical knowledge for Windows Server Management/Administration (Server 2016), Windows OS
  • Experience in configuring and deploying DHCP, DNS, GPO
  • Experience in networking (LAN configurations, switches and routers)
  • Practical experience Google Workspace is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configurations
  • Strong sense of initiative and responsibility
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
