Responsibilities
- Maintain proper office filing & archiving system (soft & hard copies)
- Follow up on Expense Approval process to ensure proper documentation and requisite approvals are in place.
- Control workflow.
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance.
- Involved in business development and structure commercial agreements for renewable projects including pricing strategies and reviewing terms & conditions of contracts.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, and reports.
- Perform office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ of relevant experience.
- Excellent time management.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
