Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Officer (ID5012)
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm (after confirmation Alt Sat)
Salary: Up to $3000
Job Description:
• To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers.
• To perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as, cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system, etc
• Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis.
• Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management.
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
• Must be able to carry physical workload in warehouse.
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the warehouse manager.
Requirement:
• At least 1 year experience in customer service
• Minimum O-Level
• Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision.
• Possess positive attitude.
• Able to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Training provided
