- Project Description:We are seeking an experienced Java Microservices Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong background in Java development, with experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient microservice architectures. Additionally, the candidate should have exposure to containerization and its enablers such as Docker and Kubernetes. Having exposure to Front end development frameworks such as React and fundamentals of JavaScript language is an added advantage.
- Responsibilities:1. Design and develop microservices using Java related technologies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new products and improve the existing systems in our microservices architecture
3. Develop and maintain documentation of the microservices architecture, including design patterns, best practices and coding standards.
4. Debug, troubleshoot and provide production support for microservices based applications
5. Implement automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure quality and efficiency in the development cycle.
6. Mentor and guide junior developers on microservices architecture, design patterns and best practices. - Mandatory Skills Description:1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and MS.
3. Experience in developing and deploying microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data or similar frameworks.
4. Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and related technologies such as JSON, Swagger and XML
5. Experience in containerization technologies – Docker, Kubernetes.
6. Experience in Message oriented Middleware(MoM) technologies – MQ and Kafka
7. Experience in implementing Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)
8. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
