About Our Client
The Client is an established German MNC with business in Singapore and other APAC region in medical industry.
Job Description
- Support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure operations for end-users in Singapore
- Setting up laptops and desktop for new users in the organization
- Administration and support of in-house application - to also provide user training, troubleshooting and end-user training
- Administration and maintenance of Windows server - AD account administration
- Provide technical support for office events/meetings
The Successful Applicant
- Possess more than 3 years experience in IT infrastructure support
- Experience in supporting network TCP/IP, firewall, DNS and connectivity
- Experience in supporting Windows environment - server, office365 and other microsoft products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
