about the job
- Keep abreast of the latest regulatory developments and assist to develop, implement and execute a robust compliance programme
- Carry out compliance monitoring and reviews to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide advisory support to the business where necessary
- Assist to design and drive compliance training for the firm's employees.
- Prepare and submit monthly/ quarterly compliance reports to Management
- Maintain relationships with local regulators, internal and external auditors
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in Compliance or External Audit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong familiarity with MAS regulations (e.g. SFA, FAA, AML related regulations).
