Our client is Singapore’s leading sustainability-driven energy company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join their team, with the goal of further developing the already high-performing team. They are located in the North.
Responsibility:
- Assist with customer inquiries and fees.
- Follow up on emails and confirm appointments.
- Promote gas appliances and partnerships.
- Any administrative tasks that’s assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level qualification.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
