Job Description:
· Calendar Management:
To schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. This involves managing the CEO’s calendar, making sure there are no conflicts, and providing timely reminders
· Travel Arrangement:
To coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. This may involve preparing details itineraries and ensuring that the CEO has all necessary travel documents
· Information Management:
To keep tract of important documents, reports, and information that the CEO needs. This includes organising and maintaining files, both physical and digital
· Meeting Support:
To prepare materials for meetings, such as agendas, presentations, and reports.
· Prioritization and Time Management:
To assist the CEO prioritise tasks and manage their time effectively. This may involve filtering and handling requests, ensuring that the most important tasks are given priority
· Confidentiality:
To maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and discussions
· Market Research:
To conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. This involves analysing data to identify opportunities and threats, as well as staying informed about industry developments
· Liaison:
To act as liaison between the CEO and other employees, clients, and stakeholders. To facilitate communication and ensure that information flows smoothly within the organisation.
Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree
· At least 3 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant
· Proficient in MS Office and be Internet savvy
· Able to work independently and as part of the team
· Able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of matters
· Confident, dependable, discreet, and diplomatic
· Critical thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills
