Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies for brands and regions focusing on brand awareness, traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention.
- Oversee digital marketing activities, including content marketing, social media marketing, SEO, digital advertising, KOL/KOC marketing, keyword research, customer journey, online reputation management, email marketing etc.
- Develop performance goals that identify realistic benchmarks, emerging trends, technologies, revenue drivers and opportunities.
- Ensure the team stays updated on and evaluates digital trends, platforms, technologies and marketing best practices; propose adoption where appropriate.
- Plan and manage engaging content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, email marketing, online and offline marketing collaterals.
- Design brand identity and messaging architecture and ensure cross-channel and -region consistency.
- Design and manage online advertising campaigns (Google, Naver, social media etc) to increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic and increase leads.
- Develop media planning (including online media and influencer outreach) and maintain relationships.
- Plan and manage budgets across all channels and platforms to maximise ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Utilise analytics tools to measure and report actionable analytics for marketing channels, including website traffic, followers, engagement rates, conversion rates, lead and customer acquisition cost etc.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure team’s involvement and support in relevant marketing events and activities when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, communication or related fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development.
- Strong understanding of SEO & SEM best practices and proven experience with online advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc)
- Proficiency in utilising various digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics tools, social media management tools, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; to liaise with Mandarin-speakingcounterparts and produce works in Chinese.
- Strong leadership qualities.
