Location
- Toh Tuck Avenue
- Nearest MRT – Clementi Station
Job Descriptions
- Good communication skills.
- To liaise with Shipping Agents/forwarders/Suppliers/customers independently on shipping status by sea/air and or courier.
- Assist to Sales Team on Sales contract/Execute orders/ Delivery/ invoice.
- Perform with proper filling and records on work.
- Stock inventory control (Documentation)
- Any ad-hoc duty or task as assigned
Working Hours
- 5.5 Day Work Week
- Mon to Fri (830am to 545pm)
- Alt Sat (830am to 1230pm)
Job Requirements
- O Level to Diploma holders
- Microsoft Excel/ Word/ Powerpoint
- Independent; aggressive and self-motivation.
- PC knowledge
