Job Description:
- Analyse operational key performance indicators of warehouses in Singapore and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
- Work closely with large datasets to retrieve data and compile it into digestible and actionable dashboards for effective decision making
- Proactively monitor the trends in the reports, understand the changes on the business side, and work together with stakeholders to explore reasons behind and actions to drive performances accordingly
- Automate manual reporting process by SQL/Tableau/VBA/Python and continuously improve existing automated processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or any other related fields
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
- Knowledge in VBA and/or Tableau is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, and keen interest to learn
- Capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring quality in the dynamic environment
