JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a homegrown brand in the supply chain industry with over 100 outlets across APAC region and the United State (US) is presently looking for an Operations Analyst.
Reporting to the Manager, the Operations Analyst will be working in a team of 5 and is responsible to gather, organize, and analyse operational data from various sources using statistical methods and data analysis techniques to find patterns/trends, deviations, and important information. The Operations Analyst will also need to prepare cost analysis assess cost performance.
Additionally, the Operations Analyst also will be required to conceptualize and craft dynamic dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess logistics background.
- Knowledge/Exposure/Certification in operations management concepts and process improvement methodologies is good (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerBI, VBA, Visio, etc.), SQL, Tableau, SAP.
