Job Summary:
Seeking a highly talent Software Engineer for a Financial MNC to collaborate with technology and strategy teams across the firm to build high quality, secure, and maintainable systems using approved tools and software development practices. Manage relationship and workflows with multiple stakeholders and enhance business understanding in a cross-product role. This role will allow you to work alongside talented engineers to enhance your technology skills working on cutting edge system.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience with backend Java or Python.
- Experience with JavaScript based web development e.g. Angular / ReactJS
- Proven track record in designing and implementing Real time distributed processing systems and event processing architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and designing for performance and resiliency
- Demonstrates strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience in BigData processing platform/tools like Hadoop and Spark is preferred.
- Focus on software quality – ability to write clean code and encourage others to do so
- Experience with near real time transactional systems with NoSQL databases (Kafka, Elastic Search)
- Experience in BPMN and user workflow based systems is preferred
- Good knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit/Testing/Fitnesse) and concepts (Test Driven Development, Regression and Parametric Testing)
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously and executes projects independently.
