In your new role you will:
- Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting; accounting/closing tasks
- Ensure complying with accounting guidelines/policies and internal control procedures
- Prepare statutory and management financial statements with analysis
- Manage the tax matters of the entities, ensure timeliness filing and complying with local tax regulation
- Establish and improve local financial processes to adhere to applicable local tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Act as the business partner to internal and external stakeholders, for accounting, financial reporting and tax related matters and provide up-to-date technical knowledge
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and outsourced financial service providers.
- Support finance related projects e.g. implementation of ERP/SAP system; process enhancement; digitalization initiatives.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of accounting experience; familiar with IFRS accounting guidelines
- Analytical, meticulous with strong communication skills and strong team player with collaborative mindset
- Able to work independently, positive attitude and willingness to take initiatives as well as ownerships.
- Proficient in Excel, technology savvy and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
