ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
-Oversee & execute the organization of marketing campaigns(digital & offline) for the company.
- Managing social media platform and keep all relevant parties up to date in regards to the latest social trends with regards to the business.
- Increasing brand awareness across various social platforms for the company
- Maintain strong communication between the company and external stakeholders.(engineering consultants, developers etc)
b) Market Research & development of strategic direction
-Collecting & collating information to identify any new trends or opportunities in the sustainability and energy storage space.
-Work with Commercial Director in developing various marketing & strategy packages for various groups of target customers across different ASEAN countries. (such as Go To Market strategies, Putting across Unique Selling Points etc)
c) Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, and customer support functions, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
e) Lead Generation and Conversion / Reporting and Analysis
- Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and nurture existing leads.
- Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to management.
- Use data to make informed decisions and refine strategies for continuous improvement
WORKING EXPERIENCE
a) Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
b) Demonstrated clear, proficient use of marketing and content management systems(social platforms, Powerpoint presentations etc)
c) Refined communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
d) Able to work in cross functional teams.(engineering, project management etc)
e) Able to work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
f) Electrical engineering background knowledge would be advantageous for this position.
