Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of multi-disciplinary engineers, supervisors and technicians & operators to ensure day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly in a high-volume production factory.
- Manage all production activities/processes to achieve the production target.
- Provide direction and leadership to ensure all manufacturing schedule are met, enhancing delivery responsiveness and exceeding customer satisfaction objectives.
- Develop and implement production strategy to increase capacity, turnover and return for the company. This includes factory operational planning and production scheduling in alignment to the MPS.
- Ensure best-in-Class customer satisfaction by planning, monitoring and driving corrective actions to meet customers’ delivery requirements, ensuring 100% On time Delivery.
- Manage inventories to meet turn objectives
- Further optimized LEAN concepts like TOC, Kanban, six sigma, etc to improve company's performance
- Implement various Quality tools (6 sigma, TQM and product SPC to improve the quality and yield.
- Manage production staffs to optimize production schedule, turnover and job assignments.
- Responsible for plant and equipment layout, material flow, manning planning and implementation to ensure efficient and productive use of resources in production, so as to reduce production cost.
- Manage a safe working environment and to ensure all health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to.
- Coordinate with EHS department to ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are strictly adhered to.
- Develop and execute production schedules based on business demands
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5-8 years’ experience in massive production
- Min of 3 years experience in managerial
- Experience in leading a team in Semicon/Manufacturing Industry
