Duties & Responsibilities
· Understand and articulate the clinical-related and scientific rationale for our products/services development.
· Develop long term strategic plan to drive improvement changes & assist the Company in implementing the plan and resolving issues.
· Gathering data and insights and pitching solutions in improving business practices.
· Provide subject matter expertise for Clinical Laboratory Services.
· Contribute to new business development activities and maintaining existing business opportunities across all regions.
· Conduct regular training on the clinical-related and the science behind the products/services.
· Review and / or analyse client requirements.
· Research on credible source of medical informatics and scientific literature in the field of stem cells for customers, thought leaders, and other key external stakeholders.
· Provide clinical-related and administrative support and ensure compliance to regulatory, legal, ethical requirements.
· Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field through literature review and attendance at scientific meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
· Former clinical experience preferred.
· Knowledge in clinical research and healthcare industry practices.
· Proven track record in management consultancy setting with a focus in healthcare service.
· Clear passion for performance management.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Ability to both work independently and as a team player.
