1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support on boarding activities for new workers, Responsibilities:
1.including orientation and paperwork processing.
2. Set-up new join and update stall information in Info-Tech Payroll system
3. Cross reference attendance record with client signed attendance
4. Application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes
5. Make payment to each staff
6. Inform our each staff salary had been paid
7. Liaise with each staff for any dispute on their salary
8. Submit daily payment report to HR manager for approval
9. Support HR team with compliance efforts, including maintaining records for audits and reporting.
10. Any other ad-hoc matters as and when required
