Position: Kitchen and Service Crew
Working Hours: 5.5 days a week

Kitchen Crew Job Description:
•Assist in the preparation of various dishes following recipes and portion control guidelines.
•Handle cutting, chopping, and cooking of ingredients.
•Monitor food temperatures and ensure that all food is cooked and stored at the correct temperatures.
•Ensure the kitchen area is clean and well-organized.
•Cook and assemble menu items according to established standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties requested from managers.
Service Crew Job Description:
•Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
•Provide assistance and information to customers about menu items and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
•Ensure that customer orders are prepared and delivered to the table in a timely manner.
•Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate order delivery.
•Process payments using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
•Monitor and clean service areas, such as counters and floors.
•Work closely and communicate effectively with other service crew members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
• Candidates who able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• No prior experience is required.
• Candidates with Food Hygiene Certification will be an added advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
