- Reply email enquiries to Suppliers / Ship Captains / Customers
- Process customer orders
- Type, prepare and print out DO
- Other ad hocs duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 year of relevant experience in either general / sales / logistics / shipping administration.
- Good team player, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and friendly disposition.
- IT literacy will be added advantage.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) and Mandarin (verbal) would be advantageous in order to liaise with Chinese clients/suppliers.
More info:
- 5.5 days work per week
- Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm / Sat - 8.30am - 1pm
- Office is located at the west of Singapore
- Friendly environment and can be fast paced if has last minute work/change of vessel timing
- Must be able to commit to overtime (if required)
