Responsibilities
- Develop and review company policies.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Documents drafting, including letter or email.
- Maintain proper and timely filing system, both in shared folder and hardcopy.
- Liaise with Directors of the Group, and other department personnels on compliance related matters.
- Assist to carry out regular internal audits for ISO [9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018] certifications.
- Provide regular updates for all ISO documents.
- Attend ISO/Fire Safety/Other Audits independently.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experiences.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements/ procedures/ ISO will be Advantageous
