Role Overview:
This role involves planning, establishing, and managing IT projects, acting as a liaison between business needs and technical execution.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee assigned IT projects, ensuring they adhere to budget, schedule, and defined scope.
- Proposal Development: Develop and update project proposals, outlining objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Milestone Tracking: Establish project milestones, manage unexpected delays, and adjust schedules and plans accordingly.
- Communication Strategy: Implement and manage project communication strategies, updating relevant staff and stakeholders.
- Status Reporting: Gather, analyze, and summarize relevant information and trends for project status reports.
- Additional Duties: Undertake additional tasks as required.

- IT Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of IT procedures and best practices.

- Project Management Software Skills: Skilled in using Project Management Tools and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Team Motivation: Skilled in motivating teams to achieve project goals on time.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Capable of multi-tasking, working independently, and prioritizing tasks aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oracle WMS Knowledge: Knowledgeable in Oracle WMS.
- Vendor Management: Expertise in managing multiple IT vendors and service providers.
- Cross-Regional Communication: Skilled in facilitating communication between tech teams in China and project teams in the US and Europe.
- Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel and relocate as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science; Master’s degree advantageous.
- Certifications: PMP or other relevant Project Management Certification required.
- Leadership Experience: Experienced in leading matrix teams.
- Industry Experience: Minimum five years of experience in IT, particularly in business operations, trading, and sales.
