- Work closely with the team in managing all daily routines and other operation of the outlet effectively.
- Handles daily/Monthly sales reports.
- Manage an efficient team by taking an active interest in their welfare and development.
- Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations.
- Maintain outlet to standards and ensure a consistent standard of customer service.
- Provide leadership and direction to all employees.
- Motivate, guide and train the staff in up-selling the food items.
- Any other ad-hoc job duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Hospitality / Culinary or related studies.
- Able to communication and report effectively.
- Able to understand and exemplify company spirit and hospitality.
- Able to work as a team.
- Able to work during weekend and public holiday.
- Must be able to work 6 working days.
