About the company
Based in Suntec area , Client is a financial firm and they are looking for a receptionist to support an APAC Lead managing their day to day business and Your support and coordination for the team will be an essential part of the business.
About the role
You must be a motivated, self-starter who excels in providing great receptionist and admin at all times and be well presented. Let’s discuss this further if you are keen to take on this role. Your daily responsibilities :
- Responsible for the smooth running of the office and performing receptionist duties
- Receive visitors and answer incoming phone calls
- Attend to all incoming/outgoing mail and courier of documents
- Ordering of office and pantry supplies like stationery, water, name cards, etc
- Oversee standard office equipment and consumables such as printer, ink, toner, paper, etc
- Maintain and upkeep of HR and office admin records and filing system
- Liaise with IT & Support Services on IT and related maintenance issues
- Coordinate with vendors on office maintenance matters such as lights replacement and carpet cleaning
- Organise and/or provide support for smooth-running of company events and meetings
- Checking of invoices received from external vendors of the admin & HR department
- Checking and preparation of staff expenses claims
- Manage office meeting room bookings
- Oversee general housekeeping and cleanliness of the office
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills and experience
In order to be qualify for this role you need to have the following
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidates should be familiar with MS Word and Excel for work
